Really appreciated the kind staff!

The receptionists were super helpful, especially Emily and Ramute who printed my son's project for free! The bar had some tasty truffle fries too. The gym layout could use better organization, though. A bit frustrating trying to find equipment. Overall, great vibe but some areas could be improved.

Consider asking for a room away from event areas for a quieter experience, especially on weekends.

Staff, from the minute we arrived, the staff were fantastic. They were all attentive and friendly to my 2 children throughout our stay, which made the kids feel so special. The kids absolutely loved the tee-pees set up for them in our room! ! Their wee faces lit up with excitement and disbelief when seeing them!

I had an absolutely fantastic time! The breakfast spread was incredible, with so many delicious options that made my mornings feel special. Plus, the indoor pool was a hit with the kids, allowing them to splash around until 8 PM, even on dreary days.
